This is the wrong question.
We should be spending our time thinking about the immediate challenge -- the Great Unwinding.
Global collapse, if it comes, and it looks more and more likely, is a few years away. Right now we are facing what has been called "The Great Unwinding," a movement away from globalization/neoliberalism. We have to face the challenges of this movement.
