Quality service to all stakeholders, not growth

Owner/investor dominance of business organizations is based on the notion that the prime objective is returns to ownership. "Beating up" on employees or suppliers to "make the numbers" never worked well. If quality performance is expected, every stakeholder needs to sense a quality experience.
