The Moving Forward Matrix

A framework for action.

The Moving Forward Matrix (MFM) takes into account that there is rarely a static system that we are trying to change but mostly a constantly changing situation that we are trying to influence. The MFM has three rows (the headings taken and adapted from Jim Gottstein's Transformation Triangle) and two columns.
