Redefine the concept of "job"
Regardless the definition of inclusion, we still need to address the issue that millions of people living in disadvantage communities lack appropriate jobs. What is worse, they lack real opportunities to work. In today´s social environment, it becomes every day harder for this part of the population to get opportunities. So, what is a job? Is a job what they need? what we all need?
