Shift Paradigm about the meaning of inclusion
That's exactly the point. General social policies struggle to resolve poverty problems, yet still insist in the concept of inclusion. I use the word inclusion as it generally accepted by policy makers.
The most important challenge is to shift existing paradigm that we need to include people in disadvantagous situations, instead of considering them fully capable human beings just as we are.
