An unlikely gathering – organized by the People Centered Internet and chaired by Vint Cerf – came together to discuss how we might get to the goal of universal holistic local access to the Internet. The organizing team of Steve Huter, Gary Bolles, Vint Cerf, John Ryan, Houria and Mei Lin Fung, were joined by participants from the White House, the State Department, Google, Facebook, Microsoft, Qualcomm, Corning, NSRC, Vital Wave, and Endeavor.
