Workplace Wellbeing Tool

The Workplace Wellbeing Tool [1], developed by the Department for Work and Pensions in 2013, helps employers to ‘calculate the annual cost of employee ill health, absence from work and staff turnover; create business cases for workplace health and wellbeing initiatives; and estimate the return on investment of setting up a health and wellbeing’ [2].
