LSE alternative blueprint

The government could implement the alternative blueprint for the National Identity Scheme proposed by the London School of Economics.

The LSE set out the alternative bluprint in its report: The Identity Project: an assessment of the UK Identity Cards Bill and its implications on June 27 2005.
