Seems unfair that ICC only aims at weaker powers

Judge Richard Goldstone (internationally respected jurist, Yugoslav tribunal, Gaza report) to CNN: "the double standards need to stop. It's really unfair that ICC only involves weaker powers. The US should become much more active and much more involved in the ICC."
