Valerie Landau

Valerie Landau is Director of Assessment at Samuel Merritt University. She designed an innovative data visualization tool facilitating analysis of educational effectiveness based on ideas she learned during years of collaboration with Douglas Engelbart in an Educational Networked Improvement Community and while researching for the book “The Engelbart Hypothesis: Dialogs with Douglas Engelbart.”

Valarie also leads high level delegations to Cuban and is organizing the first Cuban-US Maker Exchange to be held in Havana January 2016. She is a graduate of the Harvard University Graduate School of Education’s Technology Innovation and Education program
