Ray Jeter

Colonel Ray S. Jeter is the Chief Medical Information Officer (CMIO) for the Air Force Surgeon General. As an advocate for the Air Force’s medical community, Col Jeter advises Air Force Medical Service senior leadership on information system solutions to best equip health care providers with technology that supports usability, efficiency, efficacy and quality.

Prior to his current position Colonel Jeter commanded the 19th Medical Group, Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas.  With a long history of clinical care leadership Colonel Jeter is well placed to understand the needs of local commanders, clinical staff and patients served in AF Medical Treatment Facilities.
