Vectors are the way we group and segment the whole in a structured manner. Wholeness is vital to implicit order.
Unlike variables associated with local and explicit order we rely on the vectors for universality and differentiated delivery.
We can assume the communication changes for each segment, with exceptions managed during the explicit order and operations.
Cybernetics - Viable System Model
Identity - a master data component exist in the identity of each person with an associated location on the planet. The environmental factors provide a cultural, social, economic, and lack of quality services in the developing parts of the world.
Each person has human rights they can only realize if they are in control of the implicit order and choices allowed from quality offers framed with the needs of civil society factored based on these environmental conditions.
