Middle Schools in the US within the No Child Left Behind Boundaries are most likely to employ off duty police as onsite security or juvenile justice system recruiters.

Unfortunately, the recruiting isn't for meaningful work.  The recruiting is to house the new criminalized middle school students. 

• Risk Portfolio - Insurance coverage for the education system while workers have a full time role as an officer in the local police department, the work at the schools employs the officers in an off duty capacity. 
  • Consider the officer seeks supplemental or targets an opportunity to feed the pipeline based on personal bias. 
    

The teacher quality factors often show signs of the decision making or focus on students uniform requirements before starting anything relative to the course work.
