Selling to Our Competitors and Dependents
(Subpoint 1) If the United States were to get to the moon before China and Russia (our competitors) we could patent the technology we used and sell it to them. On the other hand, we could also sell Helium-3 to countries who do not have the financial means of getting to the moon themselves. It would be a win-win situation for the United States.
