people, process and technology change
Improving any of the three minimum viable system models.
Looking from a whole system rather than from the parts and sub-parts.
Information can be presented in many forms, its always derived from structured data.
Presented as content on a display to a user on their computer, laptop, tv or heard over radio streaming from an IP address onto a mobile device or usb speaker, in each case the information was structured into a format to display on a device. In transporting the information we break the data down into bits an bytes.
Information can mature into knowledge, ideally applied and understood by the users as to their impact on the system results in wisdom.
Records are often the results of knowledge applied to a technology during a process by people (users).
Documents are the format before the users input their data to develop the knowledge and ideally wisdom infers the person understands the impact to their own and other processes.
