Assume the graphic above supplies a view from a persons perspective and general understandings about our personal and public lifes.  In fact, laws support these views and we have failed to implement and fail to govern the laws.  Unenforceable laws are barriers and should be eliminated or changed.  Notice the one thematic topic which is public, which is the self determination or part of life WE each choose in a free and democratic society.  Private sector stakeholders suggest each person has the responsibility to manage our online reputations, yet we have no visibility into the way technology is used to take our laws and rights away.  

 

UN Women's Law Workgroup released a report from the March 2013 meetings, as a result the materials use the same format in grouping within most solutions for people and planet.  

Age Grouping 

Notice the above has the same requirements for most but not all segments.  However, 4 different branches in government can benefit or use the same one time cost.  Saving 3 times the expense in just the ones shown, rather every program and project beyond the initial expense. 

Ensuring the protections and appropriate forms of communication are used to market and advertise ethically.  

Enabling change for people in a more focused and repeatable manner. 

Increase the integrity and accuracy of both funding and planning according to a universal grouping by location.  The implicit rules as vectors with any combination of explicit outcomes based on the diversity of the environment and social or economic variables.

All public and private stakeholders supply services or goods for a fee or as part of the supplied services to a community.  Each has it's own issue or complaint process and none have any motivation to be transparent especially within the boundaries of the organization.  

Similar requirements exist to ensure we have the ability to recover and supply each person with access to their minimum viable system model. The person's chosen physicians and employer, if their home is destroyed are these other factors in place to aid in the restore of the persons life.  

Mitigation and Transparency - Across borders and across industry and sectors

Labor Laws and fairness to workers - without a universal means to implement such tracking and reporting remains a major cause in the poverty, inequality and justice with fairness is a pipe dream.

Information, Communications and Technology  - Integration 

Applying IT Service Management to people in a source system as an early warning system, detect and sense with human wellness based on incident tracking.  

IT Service Management responds with a change from incident to problem once the incidents are increasing in volume and when veracity reveals numerous problems are detected for the same person.  

  • A person loses their job
  • A person loses their home 
  • A person gets divorced or separated

In many mental health assessments medical surveys are used to determine a persons condition based on known variables which cause stress and depression.  

The universal incident and issue tracking model allows us to sense and detect versus waiting for the violence which typically follows such combined losses for a person.
