We agreed that the template should be reported out of committee to everyone.

The idea is a simple one: we arrived at a set of topical categories, and intend that those categories should serve to stimulate creative reporting. Reporting should be consistent with CHMRC vision and goals.

Reports following this template can easily be submitted by way of email, rather than word or powerpoint documents. That reduced email overhead, and makes it much simpler to copy to Debategraph.

The intent will be that each report will be then added to our Debategraph:
