If Abortions are a Violation of Rights - Bans are the only alternative
If all "persons" are entitled to the "equal protections of our laws" as the U.N. Declaration of human rights and as the U.S. (and other) Constitution(s) suggest, then society has no alternatives but to ban abortions that can not be legally and Constitutionally justified. The ideal / concept of "equal rights for all" does not allow room for anything less.
