Basic Human Rights are Inherent and Automatic

Basic human rights are not granted to or afforded to individual's by society. According to the UN Declaration of Human Rights, The U.S. and other Constitutions, etc.. . All "persons" are automatically entitled to the EQUAL protections of our laws, regardless of race, sex, gender, religion or age. Simply by being a human being / person.
