Permit only when it can be legally and Constitutionally justified
Abortions should only be permitted in cases where doctors have determined that the abortion is medically necessary to defend the life of the mother and the doctors have no other reasonable alternatives. This essentially makes the abortion a justifiable homicide that is somewhat along the same lines as an act of self defense.
