The Israeli right moves the goalposts on peace

Many talking points on the Israeli right have the affect of moving the goalposts on reasonable accomodations and peace. Israel will need to set consistent and reasonable goals, like legal acknowledgement as a state, as opposed to acceptance as a jewish state, and Arab countries managing their own security, rather than acceptance of Israeli military strikes.

If Israel sets pragmatic goals and stops moving the goalposts for peace, acceptance is achievable, if difficult.
