Collaborative Knowledge and Experiential Development
New ways of learning and gaining qualifications for a workforce we want.
Its important to understand our current higher education system was designed for a certain type of outcome. Typically the lower economic persons will never benefit from the current design.
Every stage in learning would need to succeed and we know, based on No Child Left Behind and synthesis of the reasons these students fail to improve has far more to do with systems designed to not waste time on those who are considered unable to learn.
However, some studies show we don't want these students to leave high school with no ability to contribute in a meaningful way to the evolving world. Out colleges simply do not have the agility to adapt quickly to changes nor do they detect when students are graduating without skills they need to be effective in their trades.
Playprelude offers critical skills we lack in all parts of the world---We need people who are accountable, who understand themselves Self Awareness and who understand their strengths equally against their weaknesses. The learner should be empathetic to others respecting differences and building upon the common values rather than how we learn today. We are not going to be the same, we should respect cultural and spiritual values instead of making these barriers to economic and social sustainability.
- Imagine learning with a tool similar to playprelude to gain, self awareness with outcomes to show what behaviors are stressor's or what shows up when someones upset or what has caused the persons unwanted behaviors.
- Imagine if a teacher was presented with alternate ways to reach people; teachers are not given such a tool and ideally this would partially empower those who are not reaching students today.
- Imagine if a boss was given these same tools to aid in adjusting or changing their teams outcomes. A fair way to judge and fair way to expect responses to workforce development and management measurements of effectiveness.
- Imagine if the police who interact with diverse people in civil society were expected to be fair and prevent poor interactions with civil society. Fair ways to hold civil servants accountable.
Additional outcomes from the Tool includes; a list of majors the person would want to explore, a list of careers to explore
- Imagine a learner forecast by geography would be an outcome
- Imagine a potential group of workers could be influenced to seek jobs your company needs.
Experiential development would ideally be serving projects using industry standard methods to execute solutions to problems in each community.
