Other problems need to be addressed to reduce or stop terrorism
Not all terrorism against Israel is motivated by Zionism or oppression of Palestinians- some groups will remain that simply do not wish to see a state of Israel. In any two-state solution, Palestine must make a commitment to de-legitimizing these groups and helping to contain them for any genuine peace deal.
