Terrorism is at least partially a reaction to zionist action

One of the contributing factors to terrorist attacks are the Zionism-motivated actions taken both by Israel as a state, and individual Israeli actors such as settlers in Palestinian areas. If these actions are stopped, it should be easier for a legitimate Palestinian government to argue for peace and to act as an ally in stopping terrorist attacks on Israel.
