Zionism and oppression of Palestinians makes Israel insecure
Part of Israel's insecurity in the region is that it is seen as a colonial power intent on expanding throughout Palestine. Accepting an agreement with fairly defined borders, and ceasing restrictions on the flow of goods into Palestine is likely to decrease the threat of terrorism over time.
