Settlers can make their own decision whether to stay or not
As Jews have a right of return to Israel, repatriating settlers as Jewish Palestinians would allow them a choice between staying and leaving without any issues around contiguous Palestinian territory or land swaps. This will allow settlers to stay if they wish, and integrating the communities with Palestine could create a more lasting impetus for peace.
