Data Owner was eliminated from privacy and security and left open in the draft submissions as an appendix item on first release of the Big Data Standards.
Several offline workshops with industries - Retail, Financial Services, Healthcare and justice stakeholders supported by academia and NIST volunteers later adding in ISO JTC 1 where security and privacy took on a life of its own.
