Commissioning Support Units

Commissioning Support Units (CSUs) provide technical support to the Clinical Commissioning Groups by carrying out: transformational commissioning functions (such as service redesign) and transactional commissioning functions (such as market management, healthcare procurement, contract negotiation and monitoring, information analysis and risk stratification).
