Automated extraction of precise protein expression patterns in lymphoma by text mining abstracts of immunohistochemical studies

The paper describes a process quite similar to that envisioned in the latest OpenSherlock thinking related to generation of an information fabric I call HyperMembrane.

A Link Grammar Parser is used in conjunction with dictionaries.

HyperMembrane uses Link Grammar Parser in conjunction with a topic map, one which has been exposed to various domain ontologies -- that is, those ontologies were imported into the topic map to build its vocabulary.
