Patterns of common sense commons

Abstracted from a work started by Helene Finidori for a People Sustainability Treaty on the Commons: 'Common-Sense Commons' as a guiding vision for a Self-Caring System & Thrivable World.

The whole article is here.

These were writen 2 years+ ago, and are not yet in the form of what we could arrive to. The template used was:

Principle:  The intention

Emergence:  Where we see it appear. In which circumstances.

Amplificators: How it can be amplified. Leverage points?

Positive feedback: How it unfolds and consolidates

Application:  Possible expanded areas of use.

This would probably need to be revised. In particular to add:

Forces against:  In complement to amplificators

Tensions: If relevant and different from forces against and Limits

Limits: when it starts to play counter to intention. How it can go wrong. With the inquiry.

Negative feedback: Regulation of potential toxicities once gone wrong or reaching limits.

Associated patterns: showing the context and conditions
