July 19, 2014 Jack Park: Revisiting Kevin's quest

Kevin Jones's original inquiry, the one that started this entire
conversation and graph is here:

http://debategraph.org/Stream.aspx?nid=345207&vt=bubble&dc=focus

"We are looking for some; community based asset mapping as a base, but more."

As I study the entire graph, I do not see any direct responses to that question.

Here is my interest in that topic:

Firstly, I would like Keven to provide us with a clear enough
definition of "community-based asset mapping" as both an artifact (map
of some kind: topic map?), and as a process: how one goes about it..
so that I can create a topic in the topic map for the artifact and the process.

Then, I would like to see responses to Kevin's definitions.

Many thanks.

The closest I see in Wikipedia is this:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asset-based_community_development
and wonder if that's within Kevin's ideas.
The web query "asset mapping" lands many hits, some which look rather
appropriate.
