People who use dibbies extensively will develop norms of courtesy around their use. For instance, if multiple people are trying to operate remote devices via dibby, rules for who gains access first may reflect participants cultural norms, but a different international norm may develop among less geographically centric users. As people gain direct access to some of each others' thoughts, thought-sharing courtesies will arise.
