Graph structuring and definitions

The green nodes represent chapters from the thesis.

The blue component nodes represent articles that can be extracted quickly and easily from the thesis.
 
The orange issues nodes represent articles that will take more effort to extract from the thesis.
 
Article nodes are generally linked to as many of the chapters as they will require content from - as best as I can see from here. I have also started the process of linking article nodes to related articles and to 'related research' nodes on other graphs.
