A shame it took so long.
It's a shame that a system that was reporting such great success in 2011 took so long to come to the USA (March 2014) and even now seems to be the subject of research rather than implementation.
The list of articles even goes back to 2000. It's really, really hard not to be impatient and even a little bit angry.
