The Ottoman Empire no longer exists

Restoring the "previous borders" would mean reviving the Ottoman Turkish empire, as they ruled the land prior to the British Mandate.

Furthermore, the British did not partition the land.  The UN suggested a division of the land, which the Jews accepted and the arabs rejected.  The Jews declared independence and a host of countries and the UN recognised the state of Israel.  The arabs then attacked and were defeated.
