Crisis Management - cultural norms and symptoms of poverty

Lakota are a prime example of the way we apply western norms on different cultures without understanding our beliefs and value systems are far different than we know.

Our current practices and applications of bias against people has created a false observation as any good done by any person is ignored in order to highlight the bad.  Bad, is subjective and not reflective of the vectors and norms amongst the population.
