Compassion fatigue

Are there tools in the EWTs that allow practitioners to be filled up by the process of "being" caring and compassionate so that this does not lead to fatigue? Practitioner's often use their whole self in practice. It is necessary to attend to this whole self by skilling or resourcing the self for the different aspects of the work.
