Tool for organizing teams based on strengths

Ideally, the outcome of using the tool should be a way to identify the strengths for building teams.

Far too often we use an approach based on word of mouth which translates into teams based on a leader and their idea of success or favoritism in exchange for unity and avoidance in not meeting various stakeholders expectations.

A scientific approach allows discreet grouping of teams based on the needs of the capabilities offered and outcomes you need to meet.
