Legal Entity
Both party entities representatives must enter into a commerce agreement with all criteria of a legal entity satisfied and a duly executed legal evidence of arrangement must on record. Person who executes the LEoA must be an authorized person acting on behalf of the legal entity.All legal entities must enter into the LEoA in good faith and operate transactions covered by reference on the issued purchase orders with the LEoA "master service agreement" in many cases.
A legal entity CANNOT be a child
A legal entity CANNOT be a person with a mental disorder whose legal and financial affairs are managed by a probate court determination.
A legal entity must be considered a role beyond the individual as a member of civil society or personal and private life, rather the public and economic life associated with commerce engagements.
