Claudia’s belief that there can be no lasting social transformation without personal transformation guided her to leave her position at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business over a decade ago to explore the role of consciousness in transitioning to a truly thriving world.

 

Today her activities include founding co-director of Invest in Yourself @ Nexus (Nexus isa global community of over 1,000 young innovative philanthropists, social impact investors, entrepreneurs and influencers); steering the Institute ofHeartMath's Global Coherence Initiative (to scale personal coherence to social and global levels); and participating on the Institute of Noetic Sciences’(IONS) Board Science Committee and external research faculty.

She co-founded NextNowNetwork and founded and directs NextNow Collaboratory, a collaboration lab and purposeful network that cultivates connective intelligence for wiser, more effective collective action,partnering to incubate programs such as IY@N, Techne Verde (a project of Buckminster Fuller Institute), Trash Island (which matured into PlasticPollution Coalition), Green World Campaign and Mobile Input Devices and Systems(innovating a one-handed input device for mobile computing).

 

Previously, for seven years Claudia was director of the Center for Executive Development at theHaas School of Business, University of California Berkeley,building and directing strategic programs for corporate clients in over 30countries. Her personal mission was to leverage her earlier experience withBusiness for Social Responsibility to establish university-based corporate social responsibility (CSR) content.
