Voluntary abortions are a violation of basic human rights
In addition to the Constitution of the United States - The Universal Declaration of Human Rights - declares that all human beings (persons) are entitled to the equal protections of our laws. This would (should) include prenatal children - as they are human beings/ persons in the womb.
