California Health Medical Reserve Corps

Catalyzing human potential to re-imagine health.

Caring about what happens to a patient once he or she leave the office is not part of today’s medical process. Today providers are paid for writing prescriptions for anti-depressants and diabetes medication. Yet, spending time to talk and find out what's going on in a patient’s life could staunch the problem before drugs or surgery become necessary.

In the end, we must decide together that we can do better. To create thriving communities where people are pro-actively responsible for health, we all, everyone of us, have a role to play!
