Developing of impact measurement strenghtens democracy
If we separate different segments of NGO's, develop and continuously publish operational measurement indexes for the segments and for NGO's itself, it will strenghten trust of both private and corporate donors. It will help NGO's to be more independent, and develop sustainability of the whole sectore. If NGO's are more independent, they can criticize local politicians, can handle local social questions, and bulid local communities, etc...
