Main challenge facing any new system in USA
In the USA millions of people are either paid or have their medications paid for by insurance companies based on codes in the DSM that they have been assigned.
Any "new system" that is introduced must, in the USA, a country without a national health care service, ensure that "patients" continue to get their medications and that professionals serving their clients are able to earn a living.
How are we going to accomplish this?
