Resistance By Psychiatrists
While this proposal might be part of a way forward, declarations of cure by a senior psychiatrist seem likely to be met with a good deal more than simple debate. A more likely outcome is that anyone claiming cure or non-medical recovery for severe psychiatric disorder will be shunned by their colleagues and denied access to forums for presenting their findings. Creation of alternate professional and popular forums may need to be a part of this proposal.
