Need to defeat the ideology not the soldiers
As long as the machinery to induct more people into the Taliban exists, they won't run out of people. We must focus on the ideology behind their actions. Why would any one want to be Taliban? Think about it, then address those reasons. Killing a few foot soldiers won't stop the tide.
