What is "personal experience?"
People who experience disturbances in the workings of their consciousness may voluntarily or involuntarily take drugs or employ other means to change that working.
They then enter into a relationship with the person who gives them the drugs or who guides them in their use of other means. Their experience while taking the drugs or not taking the drugs or using other means is the "personal experience."
