HWT-I: What CFS IS

I will need to develop a brief introduction to CFS which teaches clients what this disorder really is and gives them enough understanding of this to understand why they need to comply with aspects of the treatment programme.

This boils down to a really clear explanation of how the illness affects: contact, the self and the ability to act.
