HWT-I: Tonglen

This is a very advanced practice that will need to be taught when participants have a good working knowledge of mindfulness, Focusing, ... .

I will need to create a sound track or DVD/video of some sort that clients can use.

Clients  will need to develop a strong grasp of this practice so that they can use it in their lives and parcticularly in their interactions with others!

The basics of this practice can be taught in seminar form but it will need to be perfected in therapy.
