HWT-I: No-self and self (ontologically fragile enactive)

Practitioner's will need to teach clients about the doctrine of no-self and how this relates to coping with CFS.

Practitioner's will also need to teach about the concept of the self and how it can be used positively (eg. the ontologically fragile enactive self and how it is constructed). This will need to be communicated in simple and easily accessible terms. 

Client's will need to demonstrate their ability to work with these concepts practically with respect to their own sense of self and that of other's they relate to. This can be taught in group work and through reflective journalling.

Transformations of the self surrounding being-able-to-do and not-being-able-to-do were shown to elucidate the illness process.
